Picklume

Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective and revised October 30, 2026 · Developer: Molly Lu

Molly Lu, the developer of Picklume (“we”, “us”), provides this policy to explain information handling in the current iPhone app and Picklume's legal and support pages. Other apps, including GlowMuse, have their own privacy policies.

Core features run on your device. We do not automatically collect or upload your wheels, options, draw results, usage behavior, or advertising identifiers through the app. Information involved when you voluntarily email support or visit this website is described below.

1 Information processed only on your device

We have no server receiving this app content and cannot remotely read it from your device. Avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

2 Accounts permissions and third-party SDKs

The current version requires no account or sign-in. It has no ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics SDKs, or developer-integrated crash reporting SDKs. The app does not read advertising identifiers, track you across apps, or build user profiles.

The app does not request photo, camera, microphone, location, contacts, or notification access. Touching the screen for a draw is not fingerprint recognition and does not need those permissions. Apple may separately process diagnostics or store information under your system settings and its privacy rules; this is distinct from developer-integrated analytics.

3 Clipboard sharing and system ratings

Only when you choose a copy action does the app write the selected random-number results, public support email address, or feedback email template to the system clipboard. It does not proactively read existing clipboard content. Depending on your settings, Universal Clipboard may make copied content available on other devices, and other apps may access it when permitted by the system. These actions are controlled by the system or the respective app.

Share in Settings supplies app introduction text through the system share sheet; you choose a recipient and confirm sending. It does not automatically upload your wheels or history. The rating action opens the app's App Store rating page. Apple handles your rating and related store information under its own rules.

The current iPhone distribution does not include an iMessage extension or provide in-app synchronization with other devices.

4 Support email

When you start an email from Help & Feedback, the draft includes a feedback template and App version/build, bundle ID, device type and hardware model, system version/build, language and region, time zone, current window and display settings (appearance, text size, Reduce Motion, and Low Power Mode). These details are generated locally only when you take this action and exclude personal device names and unique device identifiers. You can edit or remove them before sending. The app does not automatically send the email or upload the details in the background. Choosing to copy the template writes the draft to the clipboard at your request.

We receive your sender address, message, associated information, and attachments you choose to provide only when you email zhengjianzhaokefu@163.com. We use this information to respond, investigate issues, handle privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations, not for advertising, sale, or model training.

Emailing support is optional. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots and logs before sending them. We will not request your Apple account password, payment details, or entire personal wheel library. Transmission and storage are also subject to the policies of the email providers you and we use.

Support information is retained only as needed to handle the request, complete necessary follow-up, or meet legal obligations, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the same address. Information legally required to be retained will be limited to the necessary purposes.

5 Legal and support website

Viewing a page requires an internet connection, and your browser sends network information needed to deliver it. These pages are hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, and browser or network information to deliver and protect the website, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not enable website analytics or application request logging for this site.

These static pages set no analytics or advertising cookies and embed no analytics, ads, forms, or third-party fonts. They do not receive wheels, history, or touch positions. If the final host changes or a feature changes information handling, we will update this policy before enabling it.

6 Retention deletion and device backups

Local information remains until you edit or delete it, clear history, or delete the app. Only the latest 200 history entries are kept. Deleting a wheel does not automatically remove its history, and clearing history does not remove wheels; manage them separately if you want to remove both.

Using Delete App in iOS normally removes its local sandbox data. Offload App, which keeps documents and data, is different and may retain them. Copies in system or computer backups do not automatically disappear when content is deleted in the app and must be managed in the respective backup service.

We provide no cloud sync, but app data and preferences may be included in iCloud or computer device backups you enable and later restored by the system. We provide no service to access those backups and cannot delete or restore them for you. Clipboard or shared copies received by other apps must be managed with those recipients.

7 Disclosure and international processing

We do not sell or rent personal information or provide app content to advertisers. We process voluntarily supplied support information only with service providers needed to handle the request, or disclose it when legally required or necessary to lawfully protect safety and legal rights, with appropriate safeguards required by law.

We do not send local draw content abroad. If you visit the website or email support, hosting or email providers may process information outside your region. Their locations, retention arrangements, and transfer safeguards follow provider policies and applicable law. Sharing a domain does not authorize combining app content or tracking users across our apps.

8 Your choices and rights

You can manage wheels and history in the app, manage backups through your system, and stop using the app at any time. There is no app account to close and no server copy of local app content for us to retrieve by email.

For support information we actually hold, you may contact the address above to exercise applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, a copy or portable copy, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. We will use necessary and proportionate identity checks and respond within applicable legal time limits. You may also complain to a competent privacy or data protection authority.

Where applicable, support processing is based on providing support you request, legitimate interests in service security, or legal obligations. We obtain separate consent where legally required. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

9 Minors and security

Picklume is a general-purpose everyday tool. Minors should use it with supervision appropriate to their age and local law and avoid entering or sending sensitive information. We do not knowingly collect children's support information where legally required parental consent is missing. A guardian can contact us to address and delete such information.

The app uses the system sandbox and permission boundaries for local data, and support information is accessed only as necessary. Protect access to your device and email account. No storage or communication method is absolutely secure; we will handle security incidents and provide notices as required by applicable law.

10 Updates and contact

If information handling changes materially, we will update the revision date and explain the change on this page and through applicable app information. Where renewed consent is legally required, it will be obtained before the relevant processing begins.
